Lilith in astrology refers most often to Black Moon Lilith, a calculated point that marks the farthest distance the Moon reaches from the Earth on its orbit. It is not a physical body but a geometric coordinate, with several variants (the mean and the true Black Moon Lilith) used by different astrologers. The point is read as the chart's symbolic site of refusal, autonomy, and the part of the self that will not be domesticated.
