Saturn in house 5

A sketchbook you return to for ten years, the same study redrawn until your hand finally agrees with your eye. Saturn sat in your fifth house at your first breath, the house of play and the first song hummed for no audience at all, the place most people treat as light. You treat it as work. Your play has stakes, your art is patient, your loves are the kind that move in and stay rather than the kind you mention in passing. There is something moving about a person who courts their own joy as seriously as a vocation, and that is you. Your particular danger runs opposite to most people's: you ration delight until it goes dry, and then the fifth house stages a small crisis just to make you feel something again. So let yourself make bad drawings. Let yourself flirt without a plan. Joy was never a reward you earn by suffering first. It is the ground the rest of you grows out of, and you are allowed to stand in it on an ordinary Tuesday.
