Sun in house 10

A nameplate on a door that the neighbors keep pronouncing wrong, and that small private flush the first time somebody introduces you with the right title. Here the Sun climbs to the tenth house, the house of vocation and the public face, the work the town ends up remembering, the shape a long career carves, and who you are takes form out in the open where the world can see what you build. Your calling is not the same thing as a job. It is the shape your name takes in other people's mouths, and that is worth choosing with real care. The role that genuinely fits you will also ask something of you, every time, and a role that pays well while costing you nothing is usually just a costume you will tire of. So aim to make a body of work that can meet your own eyes on an empty afternoon when no one is watching. Being recognized is a side effect of that, never the target. Point yourself at the work itself and let the regard land wherever it happens to land.
